WJSU Privacy and Refund Policies
If you are a financial supporter of WJSU Radio or have given us your contact information, such as your name, phone number or address (mail or email), we want you to know that the information is not shared with any other organization. We also never rent or sell the names of our valued members and donors!
Donors who supply WJSU with their phone numbers, postal address or email address may be contacted periodically for solicitation purposes and/or with information regarding upcoming events. All donors have the option of being placed on a "once-a-year" mailing list which grants WJSU permission to contact them only once per year. Donors may request to be permanently removed from WJSU’s mailing list by contacting us via email, phone or postal mail. All requests to be removed from WJSU’s mailing list shall be honored.
This has always been our policy and it will remain so. You have the right to support public radio privately and we will do our part to protect that right.
If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to WJSU-FM, we will honor your request for a refund made within 15 days of your refund request. To request a refund, call or email us. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card. The Jackson State University Development Foundation manages all donations received by WJSU.
